It’s the franchise effect. Anthony Mackie had the guts to say the quiet part out loud saying “People aren’t there to see Anthony Mackie, people are there to see Captain America”.
This hate is waaaay beyond stupid. Miserable people. But they hated even Marilyn. They still do. So no surprise.
Doesn’t this sound like Hollywood in general is just over spending money to make a movie that they assume people will just watch it.
