It’s important to remember that tech oligarchs run America and Trump had to pick JD Vance as vice president for their support.

India has permission to use the Strait of Hormuz, correct? I remember a story saying Iran was letting Chinese, Indian, and Russian vessels through but things may have changed.

Musk is on the call because there is a lot of Starlink scandal lately. Russians in Ukraine are buying access in a black market allegedly. If that’s true, it is happening everywhere Leon thinks he can shut off the internet. So Musk can’t control the trap he thought he made to gain control. Sounds like a Musk idea: half cocked and unloaded.

  4. Everyone here in India has been stunned by Modi’s recent actions. First he went to Israel to collect a meaningless gold medal which blew up India’s good relations with Iran, and then he didn’t say anything about Khamenei’s murder and even stopped buying oil from Russia until the White House ‘allowed’ it.

There’s conspiracy theories that perhaps he’s been compromised by the CIA. I wouldn’t be surprised if United States has found a way to strongarm him into doing what they’d like him to do.

This is where Musk comes in, I suppose — he’s been trying to enter the Indian market with Starlink. It shouldn’t come off as a surprise if Musk ends up getting some contract with Indian government due to this.

America first, but let’s see what the South African immigrant has to say on the matter and make sure he’s ok with it.
