Stand By Me Turns 40! Jerry O’Connell, Wil Wheaton & Corey Feldman Reunite to Share On-Set Memories

ET’s Kevin Frazier is exclusively with ‘Stand By Me’ stars Jerry O’Connell, Wil Wheaton and Corey Feldman, celebrating the 40th anniversary re-release of the iconic film, back in theaters March 27. They also reflect on losing the film’s director, Rob Reiner, as well as co-star, River Phoenix. The trio will continue to celebrate the film’s legacy on tour.   1. A lot of people don't know it, but the script for Stand By Me was SUBSTANTIALLY punched up by Corey Feldman. He practically wrote all of the kids dialogue for the movie. What a legend.

  2. Love the movie at first I was excited to hear them talk until I read that idiot shirt . And this is exactly why musicians and actors should keep their mouth shut and not wear dumb clothes. 😡😡😡 you can agree with something and not have to say anything. Not make it known because then there’s gonna be people such as myself that will see that and now we’re no longer fans
