The viral story of the group of dogs escaping a meat truck and finding their way home is fake. They were just neighborhood dogs following the German Sheppard who was in heat.

Interesting. I was immediately skeptical but someone linked an article from some Chinese website and it corroborated what was being said at the time so I just accepted it. Guessing they too were tricked

Cool, so we all thought this was Homeward Bound when it was actually that Genndy Tartakovsky horny dog movie? I feel like this has left me with more questions.

  8. Man, I was sceptical but wanted to believe in something feel good. And now it’s just really just “Trust No One.”

I saw comments being so happy that they were forming a “protective stance” around the injured shepard while all making it home together after being kidnapped by dogmeat traders a la homeward bound. This is the funniest way this could have ended for me 😭 glad they just got to walk home at the end of the day and weren’t in danger lol

  11. I wondered what it actually was at the story made no sense but didn’t quite seem to be AI off the cuff. This is a sort of hilarious coda to it

  12. Didn’t totally believe it in the first place and I’m still disappointed. Why can’t we have nice things?
