Tatiana Malsany might be one of the most underrated talents in the industry, that it almost blows my mind that none of the biggest filmmakers have reached out to cast her in any of their movies!
If any of you have seen the series; Orphan Black you’ll understand what I’m talking about where she plays multiple characters! The only thing is, it took a long while before she was finally nominated for Emmy for her work in that show and won!
Her range is on a whole other level, along with other projects she’s been in.

They hate her because of how strong willed and vocally political she is, but she is genuinely the best of the best in my opinion
Marlon Wayans was incredible in HIM and even though the movie flopped I hope it gets him more villainous roles
Rachel McAdams should be one of the biggest stars in Hollywood & have an Oscar by now. Whoever is managing her career should have been fired over a decade ago.
Mike Faist from Challengers and West Side Story. He’s so good and has such a raw energy that would lend itself well to a number of different roles.

Way under the radar still, IMO.
Ty Burrell. Sure he won an Emmy for Modern Family, but he is superb in drama as well (like in the movie Fur).
Kaitlyn Dever was exquisite in Unbelievable. I’m sure if it came out this year, she’d sweep a lot of the TV awards. I’m sure if she finds a role as good as that, she’d be a serious contender for an award
Kate McKinnon. She’s a hilarious former SNL scene stealer who never found that movie break out role.

She was Phenomenal in orphan black. I’d do not understand the move to she hulk (maybe fun for her? Good pay?)
Definitely Tatiana. She is beyond underrated and has a ludicrous range as an actor. I’d also say literally the entire lead cast of Interview With the Vampire: **Assad Zaman, Sam Reid, Jacob Anderson or Delainey Hayles.** They all have insane range as actors and such perfect, naturalistic performances as these dramatic, over-the-top gothic characters. They all delivered some of the most impressive performances I’ve ever seen on screen and outshone most big name actors. And if I had to pick only one it would be Jacob Anderson. He is so effortless in every role he’s in that you forget he’s acting at all. And his accent work is fucking flawless. Also, he’s a talented musician too.
Finally, on the subject of vampires, **Sarah Michelle Gellar.** It is not talked about enough the Emmy worthy performances she delivered on that show and how excellent her acting truly was.

She was *so goddamn good* in Orphan Black. So good.
Tom Pelphrey should be way more widely recognized. He’s insanely good in everything he’s in and has a lot of range. I think his biggest role so far was in Ozark, he was the mentally ill brother. I recently saw him in the mini-series task and he’s just magnetic.

although he’s very famous and has been nominated for major awards, i think jake gyllenhaal is underrated for the level of actor he is. hope to see him win an academy award someday

After Orphan Black, I will watch ANYTHING she is in!
I saw her in The Only Living Pickpocket in New York at the Berlin Film Festival last month, where she starred alongside John Turturro, and she was fantastic in it! Sony will release the film this fall.
She also has another horror film by Osgood Perkins with Nicole Kidman coming out this fall called The Young People, and a rom-com with Marwan Kenzari called Any Other Night, also possibly releasing later this year.
And I can’t wait for her new Apple TV show Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed coming out this may and her new film by Tom McCarthy (who won the Best Picture Oscar for Spotlight in 2016) which she is filming right now, also with Turturro and Paul Giamatti, whom she just starred with in Star Trek: Starfleet Academy.
She has a very bright career ahead of her!
