Most of these 'comparisons' are done on 2 single photos-often a different angle or a different expression. I'm not saying she didn't get plastic surgery, I'm only saying this analysis seems to be mostly junk science.

I think the nose could be natural… my nose has slimmed a lot with age, it was bulky as a teenager. i think comparing to a 14 yr old self is wrong. my face has changed so much in maturity, and it looks like I had plastic surgery. alkaline diet can change your face a lot

Kendall was a bit prettier than Kylie to begin. Kylie's plastic surgeon is a miracle worker!! I've never been so impressed by plastic surgery as I have with Kylie's face.

Sheesh. What's most damaging is people in the public eye like this lying about their plastic surgeries galore, and creating/perpetuating incredibly unrealistic and unobtainable beauty standards. It's very harmful, especially for young and impressionable people, to be exposed to this!
Plastic surgery, is an addiction for that family, and they can't stop, ever,even if they wanted to.
Not saying she did or didn’t, just an observation….but if you look at her earlier photos, she used to smile very wide, which made her lips look thinner. Then over time (like around her mid-teen years), she started smiling less wide and more controlled. As if she was taught to do so. Now it seems like she can smile a bit more again, but with techniques like slight overlining and the way she holds or subtly pushes her lower lip out, which can make them appear fuller.🤷🏿♀️

Hi doc, didn't you mention you also perform filler dissolving ? Just watched the latest Stephanie Lange video about filler and she said that hyaluronidase is not actually approved by FDA and TGA (Australia) to dissolve fillers. But how come ?? Is she correct ?
Oh sure, this happens all the time, girls just suddenly grow into their looks. I'ts like when poor people have a good night of sleep, which causes their noses to thin out and moves their eyebrows to a completely diferent part of their heads. We all see that everyday, it's so normal 😂
I think what we need to remember is. Sometimes just a small change on someone’s face can make a huge difference. And so sometimes I think we get the impression that people are getting more surgery than they’re actually having. That’s why these analysis are so good. I would say there’s also a certain amount of filtering going on in the glow up photos that distorts reality.
Oh Dr. Gary feels the sting of gaslighting! 🤭 I think there more to this, perhaps?
There seems to be such shame heaped on women who alter their appearance to support their careers in the hellish toxicity of the entertainment and beauty industry. I support women’s and men’s bodily autonomy and right to agency where appearance is concerned. I wish our world was a kinder place so women’s can be authentic and honest about cosmetic surgery choices. Kendall is stunning, before and after cosmetic procedures. She just enhanced her natural beauty with a few tweeks. Big deal!
I hope the two of you can dialogue so she understands she is not being attacked or shamed, even though she may be internalizing it as such. I do not get a sense that you are the type of person to do that, Dr. G.. There is zero need for ANYONE to be doing that, or to be disparaging her with cruel comments and other assorted vitriol.
Those folks have no empathy or compassion, and that is what can be harmful and damaging to one’s soft inner core. She has feeling you know!! We can (well, 70% of us, at least) can access empathy and choose kindness rather than (re)traumatizing a human being you do not even know, celebrity or otherwise. She does not deserve to be the projection target or toxic waste dump to make oneself feel..I don’t know..morally superior? Not in my repertoire of life skills!
So…Own it Kendall! Your body, your choices, critics be damned! 🎉🎉 Claim sovereignty over your choices : reclaim your authenticity and speak your truth…that’s real grits and girl power! 💕

i agree with everything except the lips cause when you zoom in to her pictures you can always see that she overlines like crazy. she somehow makes it look decent. although i think she did get lip filler many years ago because it looked a bit ducky back then, but i feel like she disolved them.
