That date had popped up before trial date change, I believe. I don’t think it is shade. Taylor is celebrating!!

The key word in People is "reportedly ". Just weeks ago they said Taylor Swifts wedding plans were going ahead with military style precision a secrecy and suddenly they're announcing all to the world? Makes no sense. The entire state of RI would either be drowned out by helicopters or a no fly zone for a day.
This date has been suggested since the engagement was announced.

She is also doing it to not have to testify. However, I think she can be compelled. Elon wasn't a key person in the Depp case. Taylor IS a key person as we know from the texts between Blake and her conspiring. Taylor isn't shading Blake, though. Taylor is in self perseveration mode after her fans hate her latest album and she looks terrible since her texts have been released.
