This actually happens way more than needed, and yes, there are people like that supervisor telling the people who actually save lives what to do that's what her job is way way too stressful for most people
That is why the director whoever they were needs to be fired and possibly arrested for almost causing a murder and not answering the damn call or waiting patiently for actual events to happen which means putting it on video call and all that stupid stuff which wasn't really stupid stuff.
That woman that was telling everyone to hang up the phone hang up the phone wait patiently for another call that chick needs to be fired but also put in jail for almost attempted murder because that s*** should never slide ever and I would never ever ever hang up on someone like that that is just big time messed up.

I got found 30 minutes later after she said "second floor, room by the stairs" I heard "police" door got busted in and I broke down crying as they told me "were taking you home" never had more respect for operators and officers that day.
I guess it’s not really an “emergency “ unless you can clearly and calmly state your name,address,exact nature of problem, your vital signs,social security number,mother’s maiden name and most importantly your insurance information!
OK, so we need you to be the cliché, edgy, corny, woman, boss that is completely unrealistic and the people who watch this find you completely unreliable and cringe. The Director probably.
This is a good script and a great actress (the big boss). I say this bc I momentarily forgot this wasn’t a real scenario and got mega pissed off at her.😂 Also, it reminded me of the time my old neighbor called 911 years ago for domestic abuse and couldn’t say anything specific without alerting her husband. Thankfully this dispatcher was wonderful and helped her stay calm while they alerted police. I can never understand why people like this are in jobs where their whole job is to help save a life. Like go into any other field besides healthcare or emergency services please.

911 is NOT a call centre. Never put an accountant in charge of an EMERGENCY SERVICE.

911 call takers are not allowed to disconnect a call. They get the location and send someone ASAP for a check.
