    Justin Baldoni’s Lawyer Reacts to Judge Dismissing Blake Lively Claim | E! News

    Justin Baldoni’s legal team spoke out after a judge dismissed Blake Lively’s sexual harassment claims. Judge Lewis J. Liman dismissed 10 of the 13 claims filed against Baldoni and Wayfarer Studios, including sexual harassment allegations, according to an April 2 order obtained by E! News. Justin’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, called the decision “gratifying” in an April 3 statement to TMZ, maintaining that neither Baldoni nor the other defendants engaged in any misconduct. Meanwhile, Lively’s attorney Sigrid McCawley told E!       Lively has wasted everyone’s time and resources with this lawsuit. Her and Reynolds have repeatedly made fools of themselves. The self-inflicted destruction of her and Reynolds’ reputations and careers is entirely due to their own devious behavior.

      You failed to mention the other things the judge said. He practically said that there is not enough evidense to prove livelys claim of harrassement. The PR of lively again spun the resolution to favor their PR enough to fool news outlet like this who obviously didnt read the ruling.

      Blake's lawyers lied. The judge said on multiple occasions that he didn't find evidence of SH. But we shouldn't be surprised. Blake lies almost every time she opens her mouth. She is more likely to hire lawyers with a highly flexible moral compass who are willing to lie for her all the time.

      Ok. The judge says “legal grounds” “compliance with California’s las” and she “wasn’t an employee but an independent contractor” where on those 3 statements used in this video does it say “lack of proof” or non-existent?” I might be wrong but it seems to me he dismissed it on OTHER grounds and NOT on the VERACITY of the claims so for all I know the harassment still happened it just doesn’t rise to the level of the lawsuit or how “bad” it needed to be so that it wasn’t dismissed. (Granted I haven’t read the judge ruling but rest assured I will and see if this is what really happens and if at ANY point the judge says “THERE IS NO PROOF FOR THOSE CLAIMS SO I HAVE TO DISMISS IT” until then for me nothing has changed and PLEASE spare me the “but she stole his movie” THAT has nothing to do with this.

      I knew BL's lawyer was gonna use that as an excuse about the SH. That BL was an independent contractor. That it had more to do with that and doesn't mean SH didn't happen.
