    1. On Friday, CBS announced the cancellation of “[Watson](https://www.cbs.com/shows/watson/?searchReferral=desktop-web&source=google-organic&ftag=PPM-23-10bfh8c)” after two seasons and “[DMV](https://www.cbs.com/shows/dmv/?searchReferral=desktop-web&source=google-organic&ftag=PPM-23-10bfh8c)” following its only season.

The two shows are scheduled to air their season finales on May 3 and 11, according to [The Hollywood Reporter](https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/tv/tv-news/cbs-cancels-watson-dmv-1236549115/).

The cancellations were announced ahead of the network’s 2026-2027 schedule reveal on April 15.

Is it just me or has anyone else not watched a show on broadcast TV in like 15+ years?

    3. DMV wasn’t the worst thing I’ve ever watched. The show was probably cheap as hell to make based on the one single set they needed and the cast… and CBS still killed it. It must have been watched by like 4 people.

I’ve come to the conclusion that tv production on CBS is purely meant to keep the lights on until football season
