      I’m glad she stuck with her on the swing as the original cover. These are cute but not much to them like the original one. I’m still obsessed with the title. Also these are lowkey Sabrina coded lol.

      It’s been circulating that a single is coming and I’m ready for that!

      i’ve got nothing against olivia and i enjoy her music but this album that was announced just over a week ago already has 6 variants. i guess the faux outrage over promoting overconsumption and being a greedy capitalist only exists for taylor swift. every artist does this, even the ones that claim not to care about charts.

      Sooo how much of the funds go to Target?

      Curious if we are just gonna ignore that Target cancelled its DEI policy, queerbaiting during Pride month, fired a bunch of workers, detained Minneapolis employees during ICE’s Operation Metro Surge… on top of treating their staff like machines with little pay, union-busting measures, and their CEO gets paid how much??? Oh yeah and they contract with our favorite anti- union coffee shop, Starbucks 😮‍💨

      But I guess we can all just forget that now and go buy Olivia’s album at Target 🤗

      Please don’t stop boycotting Target!!!

      I haven’t been shopping at Target for some time, but from time to time I see something there that I’m kind of sad about not getting.

      That’s not the case here. I think the standard cover is iconic. This is just OK.

      I love Olivia and am very excited for this album but I hate hate hate this variant game everyone is playing nowadays.

      I urgently need Billboard to change the rules so that variant purchases don’t count towards whatever numbers these artists are trying to achieve on the charts.

      I swear I don’t dislike her but I find a lot about her or her styling very bland.

      The crop on the first new cover annoys me. I think they should have zoomed out some, not leaving a sliver of her sock visible.

      I really like her but I don’t understand dressing like a toddler in a sexual manner. Her cover showed her on a swing like a child, in a child’s dress, with her panties showing. I don’t think it’s successfully channeling 90s grunge. I can’t really understand people as big as her making choices like this with the epstein files and all we know now about predatory culture. It’s really strange and I really can’t understand this choice, a lot of her fans are young girls and women. I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt because she’s been a great champion of women’s rights, but I do hope she explains this. A lot of women have become aware of how these predators shaped our lives and choices without our knowledge (see: Victoria’s Secret pink). It’s hard to look at this sort of “aesthetic” innocently.

      Since the comments are already about Sabrina… is this a safe place to ask a genuine question about these two that has nothing to do with this post? lol🫢 it’s been bugging me and I don’t know where to ask

      I missed out on their “drama” but I have a surface level understanding of it. I also don’t know their music besides their popular singles. But was Sabrina’s rebrand a direct response to Olivia’s image or was it her natural progression with music? I am a thousand years late to this, but I assumed Sabrina always had the sexy pin up girl aesthetic. It wasn’t until people posted her old music here that I realized she did a full sexy and sex positive image rebrand. Did she manage to capitalize off of being vilified or was she already on track for this level of success?
