Mark Consuelos Emotionally Shares Death of His Dad Saul Consuelos | E! News

Mark Consuelos shared the death of his dad Saul Consuelos during the April 6 episode of ‘Live With Kelly and Mark,’ with wife Kelly Ripa calling the late patriarch “the greatest person I’ve ever known.” “Two weeks ago today, my father passed away after a long bout with illness,” Mark said on the daytime talk show. “He passed away peacefully. Gosh, such a fascinating man.” Kelly—with whom he shares kids Michael Consuelos, 28, Lola Consuelos, 24, and Joaquin Consuelos, 23—emphasized that their family had been “blessed” by the late patriarch’s life. “You have been blessed more because you knew him your whole life,” she told Mark during their chat. “I only got to know my father-in-law for 31 years, but they were the best 31 years of my life.
