Andy nicepool probably will not be excluded because judge liman said in his 150 page opinion that hiring crisis pr to protect yourself from smearing and attacks is legal. Nicepool is an in your face example of it and a very important part for the jury to weigh when they consider retalliation or protection. The jury will be drastically impaired in its ability to rightly weigh evidence if that is held out.
All of these women who are claiming to be offended when a man makes a remark about them being sexy, even though I know he didn’t mean it that way I’m actually talking about real life circumstances are going to be pretty bummed out when they get a little older and no one is giving them a second glance or calling them anything but ma’am, grandma and asking them if they want to use their senior discount.
Blake lively seriously credited "gordon renolds (nice pool)" in thr end with us movie credits, it was a special thanks to or something like that but she litterally added it to the end with us movie credits on Justin Baldoni film.
And she wants to say that he smeared her???? Like seriously.?? So messed up. I sure hope the jury hears that and if anyone should be suing anyone for smearing anyone it should be Justin.

I cannot begin to imagine having the money to get married ANYWHERE in the world & choosing to get married where slaves were owned, beaten, exploited, ripped from their families/kids, & killed.🤢🤢 not only is that not romantic, it’s horrific. Kjersti's video was literally how most people found out about Blake's negative press. It's the lynch pin for the entire downfall of her reputation. And she wants to block it? Yeah, ok.
