Euphoria’s Labrinth Pulls Music, Says He Was Treated “Like S–t” | E! News
Labrinth, Euphoria’s longtime musical collaborator, said he pulled his music from the HBO show’s third season due to what he says was poor treatment. “People will comfortably lie in this industry and still call themselves honest people,” Labrinth wrote in a since-expired message to his April 11 Instagram Story, per screenshots obtained by Deadline. “So no cap I decided to remove whatever music I had in it. I spoke to HBO as far as I know we are cool.” The 37-year-old—whose orchestral sound has become synonymous with the series—continued, “I left because, last truth, when I work for someone, their vision is paramount to me. Oh, well… Anyways.
Just watched season 3 episode 1. Jacob Elordi acting was super mid. I am disappointed. Like bffr, I can't feel any words he's saying.

His vocals carry the essence of the Euphoria campaign. I'm glad he is preserving his self-respect as he is a dynamic artist. I still remember his Microsoft campaign!

I’m not saying he’s not right or wrong. But he just told everyone to F off and prior to that he said he thinks that HBO as far as he knows is cool with him. He’ll actually never work again.
Labrinth’s sound is the literal soul of Euphoria the show won't feel the same without those iconic vocals.
The first thing I thought of when I saw the trailer was where is his new song.😢
