Shakira saw her cameraman only fell purposely trying to cusion the fall of his expensive camera, he only fell to the ground not into a deep hole and he braced for it, plus she could see he was obviously fine. Falling unexpectedly into a dark hole on stage is totally different, dancer mighta broke a leg or something more serious/career ending, she needed medical immediately.
