      Just love Thursdays…it’s a Megan Day! I look forward to your videos each week, funny thing I started watching when I was I lived in Los Angeles, then for a brief time I lived in Pittsburgh, PA…so fun! Now i’m in Tampa, FL…really enjoying this too. Summers are horrific but I pretend it’s winter…light some candles and watch the afternoon thunder storms. The key is either stay inside or in water 😂

      My son lives in Charlotte, North Carolina and came home this week for a visit. We live in a small quiet town in Indiana with farm fields everywhere. He has been enjoying driving around without traffic… except for the occasional tractor, planting season has begun. 🚜 Always enjoy your vlogs 😊

      I didn't think you were supposed to haggle at a garage sale. I would find that so annoying. Lol I'm so glad we have a children's consignment sale to sell things at. I don't have to worry about anything. I just drop my stuff off.

I don't do garage sales but I appreciate hearing you say you don't haggle the price as usually people price things fairly well for garage sales and they are a lot of work!! Love seeing your family.       You should plant a cutting garden! I listened to you and Jayna talk about it on the podcast. I usually pick out several wildflower seed mixes and zinnias (butterflies love!) and just rake them into loose dirt. You will have a beautiful cutting garden lasting into fall.

      we get a cow a few times a year with my inlaws and I second what you said, store meat will never compare!! I even got steaks at a "butcher shop" and they were so gross compared to the meat from the farmer. I don't know why but I couldn't even finish it, we are spoiled with the best! do you get the tallow and render it?? its great to cook with, it feels free.ha. I even make lotion with it.

      Hi Megan! I make pork tenderloins pretty old school – I put the tenderloin with a few sprigs of fresh rosemary, cut up carrots, onions, celery, small multicolored potatoes, mushrooms, and green peppers, sometimes also zucchini or yellow squash (depending on the season) into a 9x 13 pan. I put a little slurry of water and flour(or cornstarch) I. To thicken a little. I season with salt and pepper and a little fresh grated parm and often buy a flavored tenderloin. I cook for an hour (ish) at 350, longer if need be. It’s soooo yummy! Have a super week and Lord bless you!
