Cher Wants a Conservatorship for ‘Gravely Disabled’ Son Elijah Blue Allman

Cher has petitioned a court to put her youngest child, Elijah Blue Allman, under a temporary conservatorship after years of mental health struggles and drug abuse have left him ‘gravely disabled.’ The GRAMMY winner claims the 49-year-old has ‘no concept of money’ while facing six-figure debts and a monthly spousal support order. She points to his history of destructive and ‘hypersexual’ behavior at hotels and rental properties. Elijah is currently incarcerated in a New Hampshire psychiatric facility awaiting trial related to two different incidents, including an alleged March break-in, which resulted in felony burglary charges.

  1. Very sad. Mental illness is no joke, I hope they give him a proper clinical diagnoses of schizophrenia at the psych hospital and he gets medicated accordingly. With that diagnoses Cher will be able to make sure he is cared for and his money is safe.
