They clearly signed big contracts for this tv show and I’m sure this will cost them financially. If it’s true they were trying to reconcile until Netflix cancelled them it makes sense why Louis would have held off from unfollowing (you know the 1d fans would have noticed immediately and made a big deal out of it) until the story broke.
Zayn ruined what could have been a great career pivot for both of them into TV and probably lost them both a lot of money.

I really don’t know how Zayn can have fans after 16 years of continued confirmation that he’s a horrible person. I remember back in 2012 he hooked up with a groupie and then they went into the shower to continue to hook up and he pulled a surprise anal on her that she was not ready for or consent to* mind you this was time 1,000 that he cheated on Perrie. Just based off of the things he did to Perrie I don’t know how he can have fans. People forget that he quit 1D because he was once again caught cheating on Perrie

These grown men need to stay away from each other. You don’t have to be friends with or collaborate with former coworkers. They need to let One direction stay broken, and the fans need to also let them move on.
I read the rest of his family also unfollowed today. There hasn’t exactly been any public denial, so yeah….i think there’s got to be some truth to the report. How awful

I remember the story coming out forever ago so not sure why Louis would be unfollowing now, but with Zayn’s history it’s not really shocking. He’s consistently outed for being an awful person meanwhile his fans swear he’s just some sweet girl dad who lives on a farm and bothers no one.

What’s really sad is that Louis said his mom wanted him to make up with Zayn so that’s one of the reasons he wanted to do it. All the boys were invited to Louis’ X Factor performance a few days after she passed, including Zayn and he was the only one who didn’t show and Louis was obviously very upset about that. So for him to try to get that as well as everything else, and for it to go this way is tragic. I really don’t think they should’ve tried to work together right away, especially since them reuniting was because of Liam’s death, which adds a whole new layer of complexity to everything. They should’ve worked on their friendship for a while. But I suppose it doesn’t matter if Zayn was just going to sabotage all of it anyway.
