Love on the Spectrum: Abbey’s Mom Reveals Reason for David BREAKUP
On her YouTube channel, ‘Love on the Spectrum’s Christine Romeo, Abbey’s mother, reveals the reasons behind her daughter’s split from her longtime love, David Issacman. Abbey and David first met during season 1 of the Netflix series, which was shot in 2023. In early April, they confirmed their split in a joint statement through their families saying, in part, ‘they truly value the time they shared together.’ Theirs was ‘Love on the Spectrum’s longest-running relationship, lasting more than four years.

I 💯 believe that his family ended it to guard the family money. He comes from a VERY wealthy family and she wanted to get married asap I think his family wasn't willing to go through all that so they made him end it

Shame on y'all for saying Abby only wanted money from him that is absolutely not true they both were in love with each other. Could be both fault it could be no one's fault couples just grow apart sometimes and sometimes people aren't really meant to be together. Doesn't always have to have a nasty ending Or a blame game.. I obviously don't know them personally but I seen the love n their eyes it was genuine. As I said sometimes people drift apart unfortunately. Did you ever think of maybe he didn't want to get married? It's okay they will find happiness with someone else she wants to get married he may not. I don't know why people are talking about money cuz it's not about the money.

Yes, this definitely shows a normal side of relationships doesn’t matter what type of person that you are. There’s always gonna be break ups so it is part of her growing. She’s an amazing person and I know that she’s only gonna be greater with every new step she learns.
