Elizabeth Smart Reveals She’s a Bodybuilder With Jaw-Dropping Photo | E! News

Elizabeth Smart is flexing a new talent. The 38-year-old—who has been an advocate for trauma survivors in the decades since her 2002 kidnapping and monthslong disappearance—shared that she has recently developed a new passion for bodybuilding. “I understand the shock,” Elizabeth wrote on Instagram April 21, alongside a photo of her flexing in a blue bikini, “because had you asked me if I would ever compete in a bodybuilding show a couple of years ago I would have said, ‘absolutely not! Never in 100 years!’” And her coach Robyn Maher added that Elizabeth “killed it” on stage. She shared on her April 20 Instagram Story that Elizabeth “isn’t stopping” anytime soon, saying that “new goals have been set and a plan is in place” for more competitions.
