    Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz have sold their Brooklyn brownstone


    Between this and the recent blind that people thought was about them, I am starting to believe one of the hottest couple may no longer be.

    "A Brooklyn brownstone owned by the actors Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz for almost a decade has sold for $11.8 million to an anonymous buyer who reportedly paid all cash.

    The four-story detached house, in the Cobble Hill neighborhood, was purchased by the couple in the summer of 2017 for $6.75 million through a limited liability company. The sellers were the writers Martin Amis and Isabel Fonseca. At that time, the building had just received a new roof and extensive repair after damage from a New Year’s Eve fire that was contained to the top floor. It was marketed then as “a clean, blank slate.

    The brownstone has 6,600 square feet of interior space, according to the old listing. The property was privately listed last year by Pamela D’Arc of Compass, who declined to comment on the transaction. (Mr. Craig’s business manager did not respond to a request for comment.)

    The couple reportedly sold a neighboring townhouse last year for around $4 million. They currently own a house in London’s affluent Primrose Hill district."

      They’ve been living in London for a few years now (Rachel’s son with Darren Aronofsky turned 18 in 2024). So I’m not sure this is necessarily related to relationship issues; it could just be that they weren’t spending any time in Brooklyn.

      There has been a few celebrities selling their homes recently like Mariah and Hugh Jackman. I like them as a couple so I hope its not true and they have a daughter.

      They did just impose that tax on people who own properties in NY but dont live there. Could this be related to that if they are mainly living in london?

      I know this isn’t the point but how the hell is Rachel 56?!

      If she said she was in her early 40s I’d believe her. Whoever dates her next, can you get her skincare routine thx in advance.

      Might have more to do with the new “pied-a-tiere” tax that just passed in NYC. If you have a residential property that’s a second home (not your primary residence), it’s going to be taxed at a much higher rate.

      And now they sell the New York properties but not London? He’s in.

      Is it possible the divorce rumours are circulating purely down to this house sale?

      I’ve heard stories about them for YEARS, oh it’s a beard marriage, oh they’re splitting up etc. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone saw the house sale and jumped on it.
