It seems like he has always been a really nice guy that is easy to be around, even when he wasn’t doing very well for himself. You can get a lot of opportunities in your life just by being around and being easy to work with. Pete is a great example of this, because at no point has he ever been funny, so you know there must be other reasons for his success.
