Who buys a ticket to heckle someone? An open mic night I get, you don’t know who the comedians are going to be. But a ticketed show in Vegas?

Cyndi is still a girl from Brooklyn after all.

What do hecklers get out of it? Like what’s the usual driving factor. A need to have attention on them? Feel included? Have been raised by wolves?

Why the hell would you heckle Cyndi Lauper? She’s a national treasure. Time After Time in particular is a great song.

let Cyndi carry a fire arm on stage.

Cyndi’s from Queens and grew up in the 70s. She’ll knife a bitch.

Cyndi Lauper has been my favorite artist since I was 8 year old in 1985! I’ve seen her live many times and she never disappoints! When I lived in NYC She walked onto the cross-town bus I was on and I almost died. I casually approached her and we ended up talking the whole ride. She was so gracious and actually listened and was interested in what I was saying. I told her how much her music meant to me and as I got off the bus she said “Good luck kid”, with her Queens accent, lol! It was one of the most memorable experiences of my life!

Saying “I’m from Brooklyn” is only be a threat when it comes from that generation. Someday soon it won’t really pack a punch anymore

My mom went to the same high school with her. She was like three years older, but my mom said she was cool.

I remember watching that “We are the world” documentary that came out a while back and just being blown away by Cyndi’s pipes. Girl could sing! High registers and a raspy tone. Lovely voice.

I have nothing to add other than I’m in my mid-thirties and I’d fuck Cyndi Lauper despite her being around my parents age.

I met her once at an instore performance when I worked at Tower Records. One of the loveliest people I’ve ever met. Who would want to heckle her?

that’s not clapping back. . .”i’m gonna come for you” is not witty at all.
