The idea that you need to be rich with a personal chef and a trainer to look good after a certain age is mostly just a convenient excuse for people to stop trying. Wealth buys convenience, sure, but it doesn’t buy the discipline required for decades of consistent lifting and nutrition. I see and know plenty of 50+ year olds at my local gym who look incredible simply because they never stopped moving.
