Martin Lawrence Reacts to Daughter, Eddie Murphy’s Son Welcoming Baby | E! News

Days after Eddie Murphy shared his son Eric Murphy and Martin Lawrence’s daughter Jasmin Lawrence welcomed their baby girl, the Bad Boys star detailed becoming a first-time grandparent. “I’m a grandpa!” Martin excitedly told the audience in an Instagram video posted by Loni Love on April 20. “Me and Eddie Murphy share a grandchild!” The fact that both of Ari’s grandfathers are comedians and actors also wasn’t lost on Martin. As the 61-year-old put it, “That baby is going to be funny as s–t.” Eddie first confirmed their blended family’s big news while attending the American Film Institute achievement award ceremony, where he was honored with the Life Achievement Award. “They just had a baby girl,” the 65-year-old exclusively told E!
