Their kids resemble them so much! I was curious if they were biological. It turns out they used a surrogate, with one of Neil’s sperm and one of David’s sperm, fertilizing two separate eggs.

I just always remember how Burtka’s ex was expecting twins when they got together and he helped raise them in their early years. Then just bailed on them when he got together with NPH. He hasn’t mentioned them or had any photos with them in all these years despite claims they “remain close”.
