Has anyone watched Kjersti Flaa's Sunday video about her "Little bump" YT analytics that disputes Blake's expert? Proves it was organic dislike of her.
I was listening to your LGA origin story and then had to do something else so paused it- and now I wonder if you deleted that video as I can’t seem to find it ?
Now my imagination is wildly speculating about what the plaintiff might want to remain under seal. What if there's correspondence from the PGA going, "Hey, about the mark we granted for your work on that film…"
What's crazy is that if she had gone in, done the job she was taken on for and a bit of promotion without fuss ,at this point we would be talking about the sequel/prequel (whatever) that Wayfarer had let her direct.
Any smear campaign was by her own hands, and I don't mean what she did to Baldoni. The accusations, and the lawsuit was the only means of a smear campaign, and she orchestrated that herself.
The thing I don’t understand is, I have no doubt that lively has missed out on opportunities and has incurred damages, but not at the hands of Justin Baldoni or any of the Wayfair parties at her own expense. It’s her own doing so to me that expert is irrelevant because we all see the backlash she receives there’s no doubt that it’s affected her financially the thing that she needs to prove is that it’s a direct result of whatever she alleges they did which how the heck can she do that when she’s already organically receiving so much on her own due to her own actions?
Question when the jury sees a case like this and the plaintiff hasn’t claimed emotional distress with proof and doctors notes but garden variety but yet is claiming so many damages and making so many accusations do they take into account that she’s only claiming garden variety and not full-blown emotional distress does that affect their judgment?
Lively has a production company with several films in her pipeline. (Of course those films have been there for several years) Why could she not have developed one of them on her own during this past two years. Is there a legal reason that could not have been done while this lawsuit is going on?
It’s wild that she’s going forward with a trial. It really gives me a better idea of just how much unhinged audacity she has. I sometimes wonder if she ever doubts herself at all. I can’t believe she’s gonna get on the stand. She has zero evidence. She’s gonna just talk about her feelings for the duration of the trial. I’m already exhausted.
