Missing the iconic riri china dress she turned heads that year and understood the assignment.

The Blake Lively one is my personnal favorite, the story of the dress is amazing and the look is stunning

Heavenly Bodies was a huge success and one of the years I remember best.

Camp was a miss by most attendees.

Including a Kard-Jenner but not SJP was a choice…especially for that particular year.
One of my favorite looks that night was Ciara in formal football jersey: on theme, honoring design history, and impeccably styled.

    5. Kendall looks in this photo like she is both trying to hold the pee in and recreate the hunchback of Notre Dame. A supermodel indeed.

From a theme perspective I will always adore Lewis Hamiltons look from ‘The Gardens of Time’. He wore Burberry and it was inspired by the first black gardeners in the UK: John Ystumllyn and his story of abduction into servitude, he then settled in Wales when older and found a love of gardening.

He had one of Ystumllyns poems stitched into the hemming and the thorns/flowers represented the gardener but also the ongoing pain of the slave trade he was abducted into. A stunning homage.

For the Camp gala I would have probably picked Janelle Monáe personally. She was so on point that night.
