The fake nails is the only thing I think really shouldn’t be done. If everyone else as actresses much bigger than she is can go without some fake nails for a movie or project then main lead in a movie set in 1800s probably should too. It’s just the price of being an actor; considering the amount they get compensated id say it’s well worth it to take one for the team and go natural. Not just for historical accuracy but for the editors and team that has to piece all the scenes together. There’s a reason why professionals do this but i have a feeling she wouldn’t go without it.
