Blake’s prepared to give the performance of her life in the courtroom just like Amber did. Fortunately, both are horrible actresses. I know Blake did not read the book, so is it safe to say that she didn’t watch the trial? Is she that dumb that she doesn’t realize she will have to move to Spain to escape the backlash?

There comes a time Fake Lie-vely and Rat Reynolds cross the wrong person with their made up complaints. They are pushing their false narrative with false claims and blatant lies so hard, someone will lose it and will physically harm them. And i'm not talking about Justin Baldoni or Jamie Heath. It may be a dark horse when they do this to other people in the future.
I'm hoping that the judge doesn't try to apease Fake lying Lively and award her even a Dollar.
It's time this lying bullying couple is stopped. They are an embarresment. Can you imagine that people are starving, people afraid for their and their children's lives and meanwhile this sick couple is just ruining people's lives because they are jealous and feel entitled to have other people's work. To clarify this, the Wayfarer Studios sent a one-page citation to the judge; meanwhile, Wilkie Farr & Gallagher, Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, and Boies Schiller sent the judge a twenty-page citation of what has to be done? And the salad of Wilkie Farr & Gallagher, Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, and Boies Schiller still wants everyone to bow to their abuser and say "No, you cannot "pretend" that this happened in order to let the jurors see both sides of both stories. Because if the jurors see her flaws, then she might lose. Boo hoo!
And the TAG PR team and Mr Freedman are also not allowed to defend themselves, because it might hurt her boo hoo feelings.
Give me a break! I hope the judge is smart enough to see that one party wants to start, move on, and be heard to facts NOT on dumb feelings! She opened Pandora's box, she started this nightmare lawsuit, and now she has to follow through and stop elongating the situation. Let's hope that the judge tells that salad of attorneys to stop deflecting and just start the juror process.
And NO, they can't pick and choose who will say nice things about her or Mr Baldoni. The jurors arrive on scene on the date of the judging with a pre-approved guide and a nice served breakfast. No preference, no favouritism. Thank you, Kjersti for this beautifully thought-out analysis. For the sake of former bullies pre-2020, I hope they learn something from this case. And be better humans by now and grow up.
