I would be mad as hell. I was also under the impression that an Oscar has no resale value.
99% of the time I travel internationally i get “randomly” searched and questioned. i have been through extra passport control entering the US twice at the same airport. multiple times i’ve had to explain my schooling/job to border agents (it’s a basic job), even as a child. also when entering the plane, i always get called to the side
i stopped taking anything other than carry-ons because it was searched every time. I’ve had TSA folks search my meds “just because” and throwing out vitamins or asking for translated prescriptions for non highly controlled meds
it’s very annoying and the worst part of travel. i cannot explain how much it pisses me off to see airport lines go through and i have an extra step after 12 hours for reasons
anyway this was my soapbox to say it would have happened to me if i had an Oscar
I misread this and thought the guy went missing for a second.
