Regardless of your opinion on the Kardashians, malicious and frivolous lawsuits like this should be struck down hard and fast.

and they’re suing because skims has a collection called “fits everybody”

a phrase which is trademarked by skims

i’m not a kardashian apologist, but this seems like a non-starter.

Off topic, but remember when she was going to call it “Kimono” and they changed it after backlash from the Japanese community?

Very normal to sue 7+ years later.

I’m gonna guess Kim is the one with the trademark to use this name in the correct categories.

It’s not her fault if someone else didn’t do their business diligence.
