We already know that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s daughter, Princess Lilibet, is her papa’s mini-me, red hair and all! But now, Meghan’s new video shows whether Lilibet picked up her or Harry’s accent.
In Meghan’s Instagram stories obtained by DailyMail, we can see Meghan with her pal, chocolatier Jonathan Grahm, and Lilibet working in the family’s chicken coop. Now we see Lilibet (with her face blurred), and we also hear her voice, which is beyond rare. She said, “Mum, I got another grey one!” And if you heard it for yourself, you can hear that Lilibet has an American accent!

For those who don’t know, Harry and Meghan started dating in 2016, and by April 2018, they were married in a beautiful royal ceremony. Since then, they’ve welcomed two children together, named Prince Archie, born in May 2019, and Princess Lilibet Diana, born in June 2021.
In a previous interview with People, Meghan talked about her daughter, and how she hopes she’s inspired by the legacy she leaves behind.
“Being able to have my own little girl, as I’ve spent so much of my life championing the rights of girls and women, and to be able to see this as a multigenerational story — Archie is of course included in that, my husband is of course included in that — but I love the heritage feeling of it and knowing this is something that I can create in front of my daughter and teach her what it’s like to be a working mom,” she said. “This is something that hopefully can be part of her legacy too.”
