I got called as an organist as a youth and I've been in music callings for the last 15 years. Yes I am blessed by serving, but I wish that leaders thought I could be good for other things too….
Emily!!!!! Spent 10 years singing in Millennial Choirs and Orchestras and always stood behind Emily in the Baritone section while she was the freaking John Bonham of timpani. Such a fun person and incredible musician.

QUESTION : Since the bom doesn't have any actual ancient text for its alleged translation, doesn't that mean it could be a modern fraud? After all, the LDS church was fooled by the Salamander Letter, so maybe they have been fooled by the bom being invented in the 1800's? Whereas the Bible has 24k verified ancient text copies written across thousands of years, in different geographic regions, and yet are in total agreeance.

Technology should make life easier for humans, not trap them in more stress, debt, and survival pressure.
## What you mean
– Computers and AI are more capable than ever.
– But the benefits are not reaching most people.
– Many families need two incomes just to survive.
– Housing, water, and basic necessities keep getting harder to afford.
– A small number of people are gaining most of the wealth.
## The bigger point
If intelligence, technology, and progress are real, then they should help human life grow, not shrink it.
## The concern
Right now, it can feel like:
– The system rewards profit over people.
– The powerful get more power.
– Ordinary people get more pressure.
– Human life becomes less secure, not more secure.
## The hope
AI and technology could help people live better, work less, and think more clearly, but only if humans choose to use it that way.

DID YOU KNOW that the LDS church is now saying internally that 40% of returning missionaries are leaving the LDS church within 6 months!?!?! AND the early return rate is increasing dramatically. SOMETHING is happening to these young people when they go out there.

When creating new wards or splitting wards, they have to make sure there is at least one organist when they consider ward boundaries. That's how important organist are!
I suggested Emily write a song about someone accidentally/ or purposely sitting in someone else's pew at church
I FIND IT SO interesting that mormons are always talking more so about finding a testimony of the bom, rather than meeting Jesus personally.
What would happen to a mormon if they refused a "calling"? Could they lose their temple recommend?
