Actress Candice Bergen is listing her iconic Central Park co-op for $35M. The four-bedroom residence spans the entire 16th floor of a Rosario Candela-designed building, with panoramic reservoir views, glass terrace parapets, a nearly 30-foot living room, and a private elevator.

      That view! 🤤

Anyone want to go in on this with me? Serious offer! With the mortgage I could manage I’m only about….$34,380,000 short. Anyone want to spot me that?

Selling a whole floor of Manhattan for 35 million feels like a bargain until you realize the monthly co op fees probably cost more than my entire existence.

looking at that building on google maps, it has window air conditioning units- imagine paying 35 million and not having central air?!

HOA fees: $18,573. That’s over six months’ rent for my entire house…just in fees. On top of the monthly mortgage payment of approximately $175,000.

Imagine paying triple the annual salary of the average American every month for your home.

      Hard to fathom.

I’m willing to go up to $30m, but that’s my absolute max.

Chloe Malle really had to make the climb to reach the top rung at Vogue!!

Man — what would she have done if she hadn’t made it?!!

Not even the $35M penthouses are safe from those cursed Serena and Lily barstools
