Gap Studio designer Zac Posen shares with ET’s Denny Directo the inspiration behind the look and how it follows this year’s dress code of ‘Fashion Is Art.’ Zac shows how they pulled of the ‘sculpted’ illusion, which included a 3D printing of Kendall’s torso, and how the entire outfit started as a plain white Gap t-shirt.
