      This settlement was not between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni. It was between Blake Lively and Wayfarer Studios. Once the harassment claims were tossed JB was no longer an individual party to the lawsuit. While JB is an owner in that studio, I think it’s a distinction that should be made.

      Settlement more than likely prohibits Blake/Ryan payout from being disclosed for a huge payout to Wayfarer/Justin and none to Blake clearly states Blake guilty of extortion, terrorizing, defamation, perjury, and so much more. Were there not earlier reports that indicated Justin turned down $50M from Blake to settle? Suddenly Blake pays nothing even with all of the evidence in Wayfarer/Justin favor. Hmmm. Doubt very much this settlement did not cost Blake and Ryan $100M+, plus paying all attorney fees. Especially since Blake does have high hopes to be invited to Taylor's wedding. Without this lawsuit being settled, there is not way Blake would get an invitation.

      Teresa is a lawyer, not a content, creator and in New York and you’re crazy if you actually think that no money was exchanged some way for what he has gone through there’s no way and your cat being Debbie downer there’s no way $10 million would be enough. He sued for 400 and he still has to go through the Jim case so there’s no way that he held for less than 100 million. I don’t believe it and I think that they tried to say face that was part of the saving phase for Blake.

      Once Sarowitz was out of the lawsuit as an individual, any massive payout was off the table. I bet Lively was told the unvarnished truth by the new law firm and she finally listened. And even if she lost in court she was Never Ever Going to Apologize.

      I have never heard a good thing about Nick and honestly he seems like the type of guy that gathers everyone in a crowd to watch him go off, bully, challenge, & talk down to a person he deems lesser than and when that person Nick put down and embarrassed in front of everyone stands up to him and beats his ass Nick runs and says he was set up and files assault charges.

      Hes also the guy you would rather saw your own arm off before you had to listen to him for 5 mins. Jigsaw says Nick Vial or I’m cutting off your arm then you just give Jigsaw your wrist with a smile.

      How does this man have a podcast where people listen to him?

      The two podcasts I watched religiously throughout the Blake/Justin drama was Dave Neal and Kjersti Flaa and I will continue to do so because of their intelligence, values, and humour. If I was Dave I would be disappointed in Clayton Eckhart's lack of support after all he did.

      Nick is DEFINITELY in the wrong, but Clayton is laughing way too hard to be innocent in the removal of your name, Dave. He must not have given one single disagreement to stand up for you in Nick's supposed beef!
