I feel like both of them have seen so many famous Hollywood relationships break apart due to big egos, good for both of them for going their own way!

This is a non-issue. They both get asked this same stupid question every few years. No one cares.

  3. Their relationship seems to still works as-is. Stop asking why they won’t do something to change it.

I feel like both of them have enough money to make sure that if they want, they can make sure that they have all of the same legal rights as a married couple: health-making decisions, equal split of assets, inheritance.

Marriage is primarily a contract. If you can afford to to have lawyers draft up all of the documents to circumvent that contract, why not?

Consenting adults can have whatever relationships they want. That’s how it works, and it’s no one else’s business.

The best reasoning I’ve heard for not wanting to get legally married is that as soon as you do get married there’s this extra level that is forcing you to stay together. If you’re not married you’re together because you want to be together. At anytime you could end the relationship if someone isn’t happy. There’s nothing keeping you together other than the fact that you want to be together.

Goldie Hawn is 80. She remembers the days women needed to ask their husbands for access to debit/credit cards and lived through a time marital rape was acceptable and more icky things I can see a few women who lived through those times looking at marriage and just seeing a cage.

  8. They seem happy together and everyone else should mind their damned business.
