When I was a teenager in the 70's I was told to specialize by everyone. I never thought that was smart because that would limit my employment opportunities. But back then we were coming out of a time when people had jobs they worked at for multiple decades and retired from them. I was just ahead of my time in predicting the future trends.
We live in times where things change amazingly fast. In my lifetime I've seen small shops close-> to strip malls -> close large malls->close to online shipping.
Our society is still built around having a stable job. But that stability is gone. We are still buying homes with 30yr mortgages when our jobs will go away and get replaced much faster than that.
Stability is gone. Yet we still base our lives and where we live on it……………………HOW CRAZY IS THAT?!

They've been pushing sexual content on children for years, they are mostly pedophiles or pedo allies in Hollywood so they don't get why normal people want to protect their kids. Normal people don't think it's normal that can men want to talk to toddles about how much they love to suck dick. Kids don't need to hear that, and it's going to gross out normal boys because sex is not something kids are going to be comfortable with.
That's why younger people are less "pro gay" gays have been grooming children for years, and people grow up disgusted at how gay men need to expose their sexuality to minors.
WHat she doesn't get is Disney is a huge company, the losses from some areas affect the entire company, it's not just about the movies that make huge profits like Endgame. I've seen articles that Disney Plus wasn't making a profit. They had to build everything from the ground up, the serves aren't free, the energy to run everything isn't free, the employees do not work for free, there is a huge cost to run a streaming service. Yeah most of the content is old but some people will probably get some residuals when they are newer, and they still need to have servers so people can stream at home. That's monthly fee isn't all profit.
She only sees the success, she's an actress she doesn't think about the cost of running the business. Her business is selling herself as an actress. She's not doing payroll and seeing the over head to run the entire company. SHe just shows up, reads the lines, and gets a paycheck.

This is because they’ve finally realized that churning out slop nonstop is killing their flagship properties. They are going to try to make fewer movies and shows and make them better so they will be hits. It’s the right move.

Marvel is losing money because they don't believe going Woke means going Broke. You can't kill off your male lead legacy characters just to bring up your half baked female sidekicks as your core lineup of heros.
