    1. Adult acne is a joke gone wrong, I'm telling you, I don't think it was how human beings were suppose to function and it just happened and left us with Thanos chins🙄

    2. Love that she mentioned an hormonal issue that so many women struggle with. 😭
I was also diagnosed with PMDD.. 30s are just full of surprises 🫠

    3. Famous people/celebrities are NOT disqualified from health issues especially acne…..They are still human beings with real lives and real life problems.

    4. Seba Med soap (which maintains skin's ph) and salicylic acid (The Solution) do wonders for me. I had a problem with chest and back pimples because I sweat there and also wear tight clothes but these two cleared up my skin in less than two weeks. I still use seba med almost every day and salicylic acid when a big pimple still appears. Didn't try pimple patches but I think this is much less expensive – each costs around 10 dollars and lasts a lot. Also, I'm on a combined pill so two eggs in a week recently caused the outbreak of pimples (from what I remember eggs have additional progesterone) – be mindful about eggs even if you don't take that kind of pill. My friend had a lot of small pimples on her face in hs and she ate 4+ eggs a week

    5. Lol i ha e more acne ad an adult woman then i ever did as a teen. And because i never had acne before, i have no idea how to deal with it lol

    6. I did accutane, it was gone for like 8 years+. And then last year it came back. Why tf am I 32, worrying about wrinkles and acne at the same damn time, it’s rude. I’ve done my time with acne, let me go goddammit

    7. Would’ve been nice if she just embraced the chin acne cause her taking medicine to cover it up is like using a blow torch when you only needed matches like it’s over kill cause that’s still saying something the fact she took medicine to cover it up

    8. My acne just started going away at 23. My skin was clear at 16, it was more like adult acne only for me. Totally deformed my skin, but I’m so happy my face isn’t in pain right now

    9. Cystic hormonal acne is genuinely the worst. I had to go on accutane just to calm it down enough for skin care products to work on then after learning to treat my PCOS

    10. The only thing that has consistently worked for my acne is cutting out all dairy and gluten, with consistent celery juicing or going to a face reality aesthetician. When I do all of these things, it’s the clearest my skin ever gets and I’ve struggled with acne for over 20 years.

    11. It sounds like she might have Poliquistic ovaries or another hormonal disorder related to the her reproductive organs. If you have acne, don't just focus on the skin, it might be just a symptom of something else. Go with your gynecologist.
