It doesn't matter. People are way too much obsessed with looks. The scrutiny is insane ! It's a disease to this point. Leave those folks alone. They did nothing wrong. If it can boost her confidence, good for her. Period.

Emily Blunt’s original chin and jaw were beautiful. It makes me sad to see what Anne Hathaway and Emily Blunt have done to themselves. And as to cleft chins making one look masculine, check out Ava Gardner’s face!

Remember when plastic surgery was mostly for victims who were disfigured by birth or by accidents and fire? Then the surgeons and the medical industry figured if they marketed this as a beauty enhancement to rich people they could make way more money.
