I remember hearing the Kids Bop version of this song, on those CDs that you’d get with the McDonald’s Happy Meal
I was in a long-distance relationship when this song came out.
Yes, it got cranked every time it come on the car radio (which was frequent, especially since I spent a TON of time in the car due to the LDR).
How is that even possible? That’s the year my youngest daughter was born. This feels like it’s 10 years old at most!

This was one of those songs that often played in my car when I was learning to drive. 16 and free! I don’t listen to it much anymore (my god it was everywhere) but I have a soft spot for it.
