    1. Netflix cannot be that addicting, because I haven’t been able to find anything good to watch for about 2 weeks.

    2. Their complaint describes basically every social media company and “big tech” company there is, NetFlix must not have bribed the right people or something to get this dredged up.

    3. I honestly think the AGs are extorting big Tech. And I say this as someone who despises Meta, Google, etc.. It’s a tech “tax” for doing business. I don’t believe any of these litigations are pursued in good faith.

    4. by this logic, can we sue big tobacco for commercials aimed to get us to smoke their addictive and deadly products?

Tv being addictive? What else are they gonna tell us is addictive? Cigarettes? Alcohol?

The same could be said of Faux News, which peddles rage to seniors, who consume it like crack.

Are companies not allowed to spy on US citizens? Someone better tell Palantir.

So…. Netflix either donated to the wrong political party – or didn’t donate enough to the ‘right’ party.

      This is political racketeering

    9. Paxton has to be the biggest moron in Texas……….. His lawsuit is complete out of line. His license to practice law needs to be removed!!!!!

The meta lawsuit was just the first dmca domino to fall.

These tech folks are going to the woodshed. They’ll get the phone company treatment if they don’t watch out

He must have watched King of the Hill and thought Bill was a real person watching everything on it.
