Elsie Hewitt, who had a baby with Pete Davidson 5 months ago, liked a comment under her post: “please believe me that doing it alone vs doing it with a partner that is abusing substances is 100% better on you and for the baby.“

I mean… it’s true. I’ve been there and everything was SO much easier when I was by myself rather than dealing with everything + a man child who was constantly letting me down

This is *exactly* why choosing the father of your child is the single most important thing a woman has to do

Was she unaware he had serious addiction issues before they got together?

There’s a part of me that understands her need to vent about the situation…but doing so very publicly probably isn’t great for their child, especially as they get older.

Yes I feel for her but ladies I know birth control isn’t 100% percent effective but please don’t have a baby with a man you haven’t been with long.

Why these women start dating these red flags and then getting pregnant with them expecting the guys to have some sort of epiphany and be changed is beyond me.
Fuck around and find out comes to mind.

I couldn’t imagine going through this 5 months PP but did no one in her close circle be like giiiiirrrrrllllll are you sure?

I knew there would be drama, it’s a shame, but at least the baby has a stable mother.

Everything I’ve learned about this woman is against my will. Like come on. They barely knew each other.

I have complicated feelings about this. On one hand, I respect her choice to have the baby and it’s not her fault that her baby daddy is a hot ass mess. On the other, when you have a baby with a man then for better or for worse you’re tethering yourself to that person. If you don’t want to be, use protection or get an abortion. Plain and simple.

Pete Davidson was only kind of cool when he was clowning Kanye, he’s just a boy who refuses to grow up and no amount of drugs or dogshit tattoos can give him a personality transplant

It’s honestly really hard, I left my toxic relationship with my daughter’s dad who was on substances, and abusing them back in July 2024, and the commenter is true. I’d rather do it alone, then do it with an addict who doesn’t care.

Look, I get it. I made some irresponsible choices and got pregnant on, literally, a first date. Being that I was a 34 year old homeowner with a good job and a supportive family, I kept my baby.

We definitely had some bumps in the road and some drama, but it turned out alright.

That said… he could have been a serial killer. Don’t have kids with strangers! And if you do, don’t act Shocked Pikachu when you realize you literally do not know them.

How does this man consistently pull women like this?

Also, pride is one thing but I hope she files for child support. He doesn’t get out of the financial responsibility of raising a celebrity’s child even if he doesn’t want to parent.

Pete Davidson the massive screw up doing what he does best. Poor kids are always the ones who end up suffering.
