      > The larger question looming over this is harder to dismiss: Who cares? As his relevance falters, Drake’s eye for slights and score-settling has grown so microscopic that even his stans need tweezers. Can you muster the enthusiasm for a celebration of OVO’s marketing manager, Nicholas “Neeks” Carino? Does it titillate you when he taunts A$AP Rocky because Rihanna failed to post about his single? Have you been wondering about his investment in Bitcoin futures?

There is so much brutal commentary in this article it’s hard not to quote it all. I feel so much second hand embarrassment for Drake. I wonder if he’s going to go on a rant of people not liking his new albums like Chris Brown.

Production value just hasn’t been there for the last, idek how many albums. I’d say since NWTS, his music has been so boring. The beats on Take Care and NWTS were so cool and I’m not sure if he started working with someone different but his music all sounds generic as fuck after those two albums.

Drake’s a 40-year-old cornball still grasping at relevancy with the young crowd – I only know he’s still around whenever he decides to come out with a new album – and the lyrics are all about stroking his own ego. Go spend time with your kids dude

“That douchebag has been besmirching our good name for far too long. Leave us the fuck out of it.”

Saw a comment on Instagram that said “sounds like he wrote the lyrics himsefl”

    6. I think Drake’s problem is that he fundamentally does not understand the music. He sees rap and hip as this thing of showing how much money you have, and how many women you’ve slept with and how you’re the best ever, and while that is true to some extent, it does get stale at some point.

Beneath all that bravado, what is actually there? Kendrick has also done the whole rah rah, I’m the best, I’m rich, women love me shtick, but Kendrick has made music about personal things, his and his family’s struggle with transphobia for example. I was teenager when I listened to Drake, and maybe the misogynistic stuff was enticing back then when I didn’t know better, but I’m a grown man now, and seems like Drake refused to grow up with me.

    7. Aw poor Aubrey. He’s already working on 4 albums how this has wronged him
