Great investigation! An option for RR and BL is that they could put this house up for sale. Then the $ 2 mill would come off the top of any proceeds in order for the title to be transferred to a new buyer.
Unfortunately for the Reynolds, those that could afford that house are fleeing NY due to the tax increases on the wealthy. So getting a great price on the house would be difficult. And whatever they get for the house, the liens would have to be paid first. Also, having a lien on a property scares away potential buyers.
I hope this is a little justice for RR and BL.
I’d love to know how Justin managed to pay for his lawyers. I know he didn’t have a full army of them like the two bozos suing him, but still, I would think the cost would be beyond that of an obscure actor/director. Or was he less obscure than I’m thinking?
Wow! They're just screwing everyone, aren't they? Do they even THINK of all the families whose Christmas was ruined by their decision to say, "fk 'em. I'm not paying them anymore"? If they're not paying these contractors…I cant see them paying their staff or nannies….but probably pay by empty promises or buying them expensive things to keep them under her thumb. ALSO did you know that they got grant by the Wrexham council to revamp the football club….it is all paid for by TAX PAYERS..Can you believe it. This is so embarrassing…..obviously they are not millionaires if rhey have to take people's hard earned money rather than the council using it to support and revamp the city of Wrexham🤨🤨🤨

So they are screwing over regular people who have spent years building their dream homes, and they won't pay them for the contractors hard work? This is why people don't want to work for celebrities, because they are cheap, and want to get away with not paying for themselves. Looking for a freebie, and don't care about leaving people in debt.

Blake and Ryan both seem totally into the activity of projecting a facade together, like a team. They need to be seen as successes, which to me is a sickness. And very dangerous.
