I was about to say I’ve been in an avalanche. Not an extreme one but it buried me 7 feet under. The very first thing I did was let spit run down my face and then went the opposite way. I was out in 10 minutes max before any rescuers even showed. Granted, the snow where I am is extremely easy to dig through and also pack to stand on but still think it was cool I did that without ever knowing what to properly do lolol.
