I think it is bizarre and worse. He is only 55 years old. He is not offline because of his age—I am twenty years older and have always been online since it was available. He is offline because he is rich and thinks that commanding people to “print out his emails” makes him Better or something.
He sounds like an asshole.
The Iliad and The Oddessey are two of my favourite books ever written, and there has *never* been a good adaptation of either. I’m excited to see how this goes but I have no expectation besides the fact that Chris Nolan generally makes pretty decent films.
