He seems like he can be a lot. Bold move but I bet it felt great for them to that,

wait, what. tom hardy is the whole show, lol, i mean it’s jam packed with talented actors, just a litany of excellent proffesionals, but Harry De Souza is the center protagonist, and central to entire story. i mean, they’ll still probably milk this gravy train for another season after season 2, but it will get decimated in reviews, and then die before a season 4 is greenlit. what a shame. such an excellent show, premise, execution, everything. wow.

According to the article: “Allegedly, Hardy was late on set often during season 2’s production and was giving unwarranted notes on scripts, changed dialogue and expressed his displeasure with the series having an ensemble showcase of stars including Mirren and Brosnan.”
I mean I know he also clashed with Theron in Fury Road because he is also late in the shoots. Love him as an actor but yeah kind of sucks if youre always late and making people wait for you.

Is season 2 already out?

This isn’t the first time he’s been reported as being difficult on a set so it’s not all together surprising.
My mind goes to Charlize Theron’s experience on Mad Max.
Whether “he’s the show” is irrelevant – you can’t just allow bad behaviour on a set to go by unpunished – they must have really reached breaking point with him

When shooting the first series of Mobland the set builders company went bankrupt and Tom Hardy offered to pay the freelancers their wages until Paramount stepped in and made sure people were paid..

He’s renowned for being a difficult bastard to work with. I’m amazed he still gets work
