Instead of giving up, Reese started own production company, used personal $20 million. Produced “Gone Girl,” “Wild,” “Big Little Lies.” Made billions. Bought out one of studios that rejected her. She wasn’t the lead in the movie. Ben Afleck was. And they’re right, movies with a female leads are terrible movies. Same as if a minority is the lead, it’s a terrible movie.
She was also a member of the black eye club of hollywood.
